In no case shall Knit & Known, our parent company (R Ventures & Co.), directors, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service. Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage within 2-4 business days of receiving your order confirmation, unless the item is specified as a "Pre-Order." For Pre-Orders (like Batch 001), the estimated shipping window will be clearly stated on the product page. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier once the package has been handed over.
Return & Refund Policy
Damaged or Defective Items: If any item arrives damaged or flawed in transit, email us at hello@knitandknown.co within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo. We will immediately ship a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Standard Returns: We accept returns on unopened, unused physical items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Digital Downloads: Due to immediate access upon purchase, all digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
